Estate Style
The estate style fence has two cedar 2x4s attached
to 4x4 pressure-treated posts set in concrete. The post is exposed and the boards run between the posts; each post has a cap.
This fence is available with either 1x4 or 1x6 #1 tight knot cedar boards. The heights range from 4 to 6 feet.
Modified Panel
This fence is similar to the full panel fence with one exception. The
bottom two by four rail is held off the ground approximately 8 inches. The upright boards go all the way to the ground. This
moderately priced fence works well with uneven grade, it’s lower structure seldom has problems with rotting because
it is held up off the ground. It is a beautiful fence for an excellent price, the 2 x 4 cap and facia at the top add so much
to the overall look.

Full panel
This “good neighbor” fence is a picture frame style fence
using cedar rails and boards and pressure treated posts set in concrete. One side has two by fours and on the opposing side
of the structural two by fours you have 1 x 4 facia. The upright boards are sandwiched in between. This fence is ideal in
a situation where neighbors share fence lines because both sides look similar. This fence contours well to your grade. An
important thing to be aware of with this fence is to keep bark and dirt from building up on the lower structureover time this
causes problems if the structure stays wet all the time.
Sunset Style
This beautiful
fence is very structurally sound. It has three 2 x 4 structural rails, three facia and a 2 x 4 cap along the top of the fence.
The longer boards on the standard sunset run through the entire
fence, the short ones are nailed at the intermediate 2 x 4. There is so many things that you can do with the top section of
this fence. You can use a custom grid, lattice, change the board pattern to a 1 x 6 pattern or stay with the standard sunset
pattern. This fence will step on grade areas, and we contour the bottom of the fence to your grade. Visit the sunset page for more pictures.
